For Exchange of your products in case of Size Issue or Incorrect Product Delivery!

We invest a great deal of love, care, and passion in the making of every DESI COLOUR product. However, if you still wish to exchange your product, we are happy to empower every customer to exchange it for another size of the same value. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style or product(s) of the same value.

MANDATORY STEPS TO EXCHANGE

1. Notify us via “Chat with Us” option available on the left corner of our website www.desicolour.com within 48 hours of receiving the products with the following details:

• Order ID
• Invoice Amount
• Reason of Exchange

2. Please arrange to send back the product for exchange in its original box packing with labels, at the below mentioned address through your nearby courier service

3. Fill up the below given Exchange form with the required details including the Courier Company and Return Tracking ID of the returned product that you have sent back to us.

4. Once the above steps are completed, we will arrange to dispatch the required exchange product at our own cost within 72 Hours of receiving of this Completely Filled up Form!

NOTE:

1. In case the Order value is above INR 2500, we will arrange Free Pickup and Delivery for the exchanges.
2. We do not have Return and Refund Policy, however you can exchange with any different size or design from our entire catalogue with the same value or by paying differential amount of the products if the desired products is of a higher value, as per the process above.
3. Products purchased during a Sale period & Clearance Sale is not eligible for exchange.
4. We do not entertain exchanges on international orders.
5. Although we have engaged the best logistics partners to deliver products safely and promptly, delays may occur during festivals, adverse weather conditions, political crises, pandemics, glitches with shipping partner or any unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to deliver your parcel at the earliest or keep you informed accordingly. The dates if mentioned any are tentative and the actual delivery can vary because of unavoidable factors.
6. Similarly, in case of delivery challenges in remote locations, we will work with you to find the best possible alternative solutions.
